Social Management
The Company treats Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as one of its highest priorities and has built it into the Company’s Vision and Mission Statement and Core Values. The Company allocates an amount of 0.50% of net profit every year to CSR Reserve which is subject to a minimum of Baht 1.75 million and a maximum of Baht 25 million per year. Such allocation is decided annually by the Company’s shareholders. The actual utilisation of this Reserve is decided by the Company’s Senior Management and/or the Board of Directors.
